Whether I am single or in romantic bliss, I have always been a lover of Valentine's Day!

As a woman, I am a firm believer in "me time" and self-indulgence, lol. There are so many little things that can be done on occasion to bring back balance and serenity to one's life. You know..those mini-luxuries!

As a teen, my older sister began schooling me on "me time" luxuries. When I was feeling stressed, she taught me a night-time routine. My sister is thirteen years my senior, which for many years, meant that she was more like a mother than sister. Which also meant, we bumped heads for many years.
